User Data Deletion Instructions
In accordance with Meta platform policies and App Store rules, Rivaa provides a simple, direct path for users to delete their account and purge all their personal data. When you delete your account, your data (including profile photos, verification selfies, active matches, chat history, and location logs) is permanently and irreversibly purged from our servers.
Warning: Deleting your account is permanent. All matches and message histories are lost immediately and cannot be recovered.
How to Delete Your Data
You can choose either of the following two options to request account and data deletion:

Option A: Delete Instantly In-App (Recommended)
You can delete your account automatically inside the Rivaa application at any time:
- Open the Rivaa App on your device.
- Tap your Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap on the gear icon to open Settings.
- Scroll down and select Account Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm your request.
Your account data is processed and permanently wiped within seconds of confirmation.

Option B: Request Deletion via Email
If you cannot access the App or would prefer to request deletion manually, you can contact our support team:
- Compose an email to support@rivaa.co.
- Important: You must send this request from the email address that is registered with your Rivaa account.
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request - Rivaa Account.
- In the body, include your registered name and clearly state that you wish to delete your account and all associated data.
Once sent, our support team will verify the request and complete the data erasure within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the process is complete.
